Notice on Protection Measures and Required Actions for Holders of Stock Certificates Subject to Conversion to Electronic Securities

Pursuant to the Electronic Securities Act, the Company's stock certificates will be converted to electronic securities on June 1, 2026. Physical stock certificates will become invalid; shareholders are requested to submit their physical certificates and deposit them into a securities company account no later than five (5) business days before the electronic registration date.
